I have a similar issue with the original poster. I'm wracking my brain to see what the issue is. Just to give you a bit of a chronology.   On 11th of April, my domain hosting company mentioned that they were moving the server from sunshine.nocdirect.com to travis.nocdirect.com. They advised me to change the incoming mail settings and the SMTP for my domain to the new server. I have two domains with this hosting company.   I changed the mail settings - and then it would work the one time, then on the next attempts, it would give me a time-out error. The websites somehow would time out as well if I connect from home.   The strange thing is that when I use my mobile connection, I can retrieve the emails without any issue or connect to my two websites. If I connect to the WiFi connection, the same issue happens. I suspected that it might be the firewall / antivirus, but I don't have any of that on my phone!
