You disabled the TPG app so customers were unable to check their mobile usage. Then months later you created a Novus site and migrated customers it, so they could check their usage. Now you have disabled the Novus site so we are caught in an infinite login loop that redirects back to the TPG login site. - again preventing users to check their mobile data usage. Please can you let me know if there is now another way to check our mobile usage? - or will you get round to fixing the Novus site in the next couple of months? - so far it's been broken for 2 weeks.
