My first Sim card was apparently lost in the mail. Then an agent assured me another one was sent out. She even left me a voicemail confirming. After 2 weeks still nothing so I call again. The agent then said previous agent didn't submit the request for a new sim. So finally ireceived a Sim that doesn't freakin work!!! I can't call anyone or text.
