Hi I have a sim only plan with a $5 international call pack add on. I was able to make unlimited international calls to 37 countries with this international call pack. But since yesterday I have problem calling my USA contacts, I keep getting this "your account balance is insufficient to make this call" message from TPG. I called TPG's mobile technical support, they reset my account, but the problem still there, I still can not call any overseas number. What do I have to do to resolve this problem ? please help. ...
