Hi there, My internet has been down since 10am 14/4/2023. Not long after I was notified by text from TPG, I checked the nbnco website for outages, which confirmed there was one. Initially it said this would be resolved by 15/4/23 at 12:30am. It’s now 5:28pm and the internet is still not working and no timeframe for completion has been provided on the nbnco website. Please help.

I’ve set up the NBN connection box and modem. All lights that need to be on are on. How long does it take to until I get an SMS confirming activation? Thanks.
