Hi  I moved to a new apartment recently, and before the moving of 1w, I contracted TPG bundle using an agent (Souljapan). The modem was sent just the day of my moving. However, I have not had a call from the technician to set the day for installation; it already takes over two weeks! Of course, I called telephone reception repeatedly, but the receptionist only told me “technician would call you soon.” I am really disappointed with TPG.
