I have had my NBN installation status not progressing for several days. I received my NBN connection box, plugged it in, connected my router, configured all PPPoE setting and sill waiting for installation status to complete.  What should I do for installation to complete?   Also, when I try to login to TPG android App it thows an error: "undefined is not an object (evaluating 'l.serviceAddress.addressLine1')" It looks like the app was made using ReactNative or other JavaScript approach and the programmers did not make check if l.serviceAddress.addressLine1!== undefined Can that be escalated aswell?   ...
