I have NBN 50 plan and recently I have noticed that my internet speed isn't what it is supposed to be. I used to get 35-45 MBPS in the past but over the last few weeks I barely make it to 20 MBPS. Sometimes it gets as high as 28 but that's it. Not sure what is going on.

I am supposed to get my Home Phone and ADSL2+ internet installed today. I was told to keep my modem switched on and connected to the socket, which I did this morning. I was told that the connection would take place between 8 AM - 12 PM. I am at work now and I have no idea if my interenet was actually installed. The TPG installation checker is of no help. Is there anyway to find out if the install was completed other than going home and checking it myself?
