Hi @kartika,   Welcome to TPG Community!   For modem configuration set up, you may check this instruction here: https://www.tpg.com.au/helpdesk/pppoe/Modem_configuration_TPLINK_Win10.pdf   I've also check your account and have seen that concern has been escalated to our Engineers for thorough checking as we cannot authenticate the modem on manual settings.
