Hi,   I have been using the TPG Home Wireless Broadband service for about 2 years. Starting from about half a year ago, I have been experiencing internet dropouts occasionally (about a few times a month), and it is getting more frequent recently (could be up to 2-3 times a week). They could occur at any time of the day. Reboot the modem could restore the internet service.   I am using TPG supplied modem hardware version VX420-G2h v2 00000000, and firmware version 2.0.0 0.9 v603c.0 Build 221114 Rel.39966n.   Can you please advise what seems to be the problem - the modem or the TPG services? I am getting internet connection dropout more and more often, from once every few days to now once or twice every day. The error from the router log showed "ppp3 LCP down" error when dropout happened. Although the dropout normally lasted 1 to 2 minutes, it was very annoying when I was having zoom meetings or video calls with colleagues or friends. By the way, the four LEDs on the black NBN box were all on during the dropout.   Can you please ask your support to take a look and resolve it before the dropout problem getting worse.    Please see below the error messages from the router log when dropout occurred.
