Why am I having constant droupouts on my connection especially on tuesdays? I tried to reach via email/chat, noone is giving me a clear answer. does this mean it's time to move on from TPG? Since 3 weeks ago, I may have atleast 50 drop outs and couple of time no connection for hours? I need answer.

I lost connection to my NBN servicve since 9:30am. This is the second time this week alone. This is frustating and hard to work from home when TPG can't handle. I am considering to switch different provider..
