I'm also planning on leaving TPG as soon as my contract finishes because of this. Lack of IPv6 means you don't support the standard protocols for home automation (thread, and matter). And increasingly there is software and devices that either only work on IPv6 or work much better on IPv6

Hi there I've been struggling to setup my TPG FTTB connection with IPv6. IPv6 is the current internet protocol and is required for many home automation applications (as well as better performance on things like Netflix). Most home automation systems (such as Google Home) are deprecating IPv4 this year so this is really critical to ensure those devices keep working.
