Thanks Shane. As I mentioned, I have read other posts and attempted remediation. I have previously followed the steps you describe resulting in the error message previously described. I am attempting to make a wired connection to the NBN device. I only connected the laptop to test the port. The devices I wish to attach direct to the NBN device are: aTV and an AppleTV. , I have viewed posts with similar issues and followed the advice given. My wifi router works fine. I am attempting to create a wired connection direct to nbn device. Only one (number one, the connection to NBN cable) of the ports on my NBN device are illuminated green. I have attempted to wire act5e cable to the NBN device without succes.
