Hi, We have just moved house and had our NBN transferred to our new address. The house had a white NBN box but no black box and the internet is not working. The box that is currently in the house has NBN written on it. I can connect to the wifi on my phone but there is no internet. Do we need to wait for an installation? Thanks ... View more
