Received a text stating 'We have encountered an error while trying to port your mobile number. Please check your email for more details.' But I have not received any email with details about what the problem may be. So far it's been 5 days since trying to activate my Sim and haven't had replies to any of my emails sent, has anyone experienced these issues before?
