I am able to log into my account settings but not the post office with the same login. The login page for post office just refreshes the login page without any error messages

We have been experiencing Internet drop outs since Sunday. Some drop outs during the weekend and today the internet is slow and keeps dropping out for the last 2 hours.

Hi All, We received a notification of planned maintenance for 12:00AM - 6:00AM today. The service is still not back online and there are no outages reported on the NBN Service Status Page. Kind regards, Jeroen

Hi @Ahra_G Thanks for that. We have been getting a lot of drop outs and disconnections over the last month. Usually around 10AM and sometimes in the afternoon. Is there any tests you can run from your end to see what the issue is? We don't have anything else plugged into the phone lines. J
