I found the solution. I have an iPhone 11 and went into settings>>mobile>>network selection. It was on ‘automatic’ setting so I clicked that off and a menu of local telecom providers popped up. I just kept choosing one until bars appeared at the top of the screen. Problem was with my phone settings. Not TPG. Don’t rely on ‘automatic’ setting in your network selection on your phone!! ...
