Hi Aubrey, Thank you so much for what you have done. Was the contact number recorded in you system a home telephone number under the account? Because we have a home telephone before but we haven’t been using for a long time. Also I literally do not know who the account is belonging to. Was the account under my son’s name :Yijie Xu by any chance? Thank you Kind regards

Hi there, I am moving back to my home country so I want to terminate my account with TPG, but I don’t remember the account number and I don’t know how to get access to the account information. I rang the service line but there were no any options for cancellations. Please let me know what I have to do.
