Changed plan, charged multiple times

I just recently changed my plan on 02/09/2022, my credit card was being charged on that day even though I didn't upgraded speed 3 days later (see here )   And on 24/09/2022, again my credit card was charged.   Can someone from the accounts please explain to me exactly what happened? ... View more

Any update? Kept getting sms saying someone will call but no one called. I thought the changes are done one your end? I got 200mbps no problem during the trial period and i didn't have to do anything, what's the difference now? I'm still using the same router. Please advice. Thanks ... View more

I just upgraded my nbn50 to 200 yesterday, and got a confirmation email saying the upgrade has been completed.   I've rebooted my router and the speed is still around 50mbps Speedtest    Can someone please have a look at this urgently?   Thank you ... View more
