Hi I really need to talk to someone at tpg, I Mean I need help to access my tpg account that I have been locked out of due to the fact i did not enter my mobile phone into my profile. I have been in contact with Privacy. They want me to send my info which i don't have a problem with, BUT they also ask me to email a Photo/selfie of me holding my photo ID. I find this rather strange in fact I feel this is the sort of thing a scammer would ask for. I am not prepared to do this because of security reasons. when i do contact them all i get is the same email request so i feel I a'm talking to a robot I find this quite bizarre TPG take my $80 every month but will not allow me into my account to make any. adjustments... PLEASE send me a phone number of some one I can discuss this with

I now have a mobile phone, and wish to add it to my profile so as I can receive MFA. Who do i contact to do this as I can no longer access my account to do it myself. Manny thanks

well this just about takes the cake????? I have just registered with tpg community..... guess what they sent me an email with a link to click to verify my email. whooo hang on I thought that was open to fraud. I have to agree whole heartedly with all the complaints about this new security sms thing. Not having an option is out of the question. I did not update my data when requested by tpg as I didn't have a mobile phone, now they have blocked me from accessing myaccount. Several calls to support (Philippines) has got me nowhere although they did give me an email address to privacy at tpg etc etc. Guess what again, they asked for my mobile number UH! I thought I told them i don't have one, then they asked me to take a photo of my ID card, then a photo of me holding the ID card and email it to them. Sorry TPG you have lost me.
