Hey guys for the past six months I've had drop out after drop out with the NBN, not too mention speeds way below what I'm paying for. Now after a month of you guys sending someone to fix it I've discovered I now have a possum infestation in my roof. Why ? Because the tradesman you sent to fix my NBN left a roof tile off the roof where not only possums have got in but also water causing damage to my eves on my house.
