Hi there, I switched from 5G wireless back to NBN, and a new account was setup in the afternoon of 28 May 2023, but still my application hasn't gone through and my account still not activated. I called several times, but it seems still not activated yet. Could you please help me get activated and connected?

Hi Aubrey, My modem has a very old firmware: Firmware Version: 0.1.0 0.9.1 v5006.0 Build 200810 Rel.53181n Hardware Version: Archer VR1600v v2 00000000 Can you help me to upgrade to the latest version of firmware? Thanks in advance. PS: I've clicked your profile, there's no way I can send any private message to you, what can I do? Or you can point me to where to download the firmware.
