More details:   When I checked the modem interface, I get the following error.   Please check if your phone cable is properly connected.   I thought that maybe the socket is damaged, tried different ones, same result. I use my own modem which is TP-link vr400. I think there is an issue on the NBN end. Modem is one month old.   Internet connection was very bad last 3-4 days and there was constant drops. Ok I found the issue.   Thanks to this guideline How-to-set-up-your-TP-Link-AC1200-Wireless-MU-MIMO-Archer-VR400 written by @BasilDV . This is much better guideline than the other one.   The key was to disable VLAN. I got confused on this guideline https://support.tpg.com.au/how-set-tp-link-archer-vr400-nbn-fttbn   Disabling VLAN resolved my problem and connected to the internet. ... View more
