Please cancel my NBN account, customer ID(7166727),I have send many emails and submitted cancellation form but no response, why you make it difficult when customer want to leave you, this against australian regulations.

thanks for reply, I tried that, I plugged the Telstra call guardian 301 base station to NBN box port uni v1 ,but there is no dial tone and if u call my home phone number it says" you call could not be connected this time ,please try again later OCA0188," , so I assume even if no phone connected to nbn box uni v1 port , it still give ringing tone when someone call it, could u please help?

Hi, anyone knows if I can use Telstra call gardian 301 to work with TPG as home phone , I have NBN FTTB connection and phone service is already activated , if not , what are the recomendation to buy .
