TP Link Archer VR1600 V1.0 - no lights or connection

My TP Link Archer VR1600 appears to have stopped working overnight.  The Power light is on (blinking), and  no other lights.  Occasionally it looks like it's trying to connect as it gets a few lights occasionally, but then reverts to just the power light.  Any help welcome as I'm WFH this week and have resorted to using mobile data...... ...
