Hi There, I've been trying to contact TPG via phone. No response, long wait times to get no response.   I need to cancel my TPG NBN Service. Can TPG Support/Accounts please advise how I start this process and provide the necessary information to get the ball rolling.   Quite disappointing that there is no prompt or literature on TPG's site pertaining to this cancellation process apart from calling the number. Hello There,   I have an old Huawei HG659 modem that I'm contemplating replacing. I have gone through the list of supplied modems from TPG and would like a cost on the following Modem Router - TP-Link VX420-G2V. I noticed there are G2H and G2V model variants, what is the different between the two? According to TPG this modem can be purchased through TPG.
