Dowload speed is now 3.6Mbps with new wireless modem - and should be between 12 and 20 Mbps.  At times it has been as high as 22Mbps.  My modem faces north directly onto the street next to a window. Also: the 4G light occasionally turns red.  What is going on and is the copverage in my area being manipulated to appease the majority of users at the expense of others? ... View more
