I get that some services will take more than 10 days, but after receiving a call from TPG yesterday they said that I need to wait another 10-15 days because my "payment" was just posted. But the payment posted was the monthy payment for my NBN and I STILL don't have an update after getting told multiple times that they will "prioritise" my concern. I requested to move my NBN connection Tuesday 6/12 and I still don't have my service transfered. When I call customer supoort they're just transfering me to different departments.
