Hi TPG, I am wondering if it’s possible to purchase an upgraded modem suitable for my current plan? I have the modem that was provided with my plan when I joined up over 5 years but I have started to notice that it’s not as stable as it once was. I would ideally like to upgrade to a better quality modem but know that not all modems are compatible with all providers etc. so thought I’d start with you before branching out to electronics stores.
