Posting here because I've called the TPG technical support phone number at least 4 times in the last week, and am yet to have anyone pick up the phone. I'm on a FTTC connection and the connection light on my NCD has been flashing blue and clicking constantly since last Wednesday. Have done all the usual power-downs, resets, tried swapping out the cable to the wall socket etc. From reviewing other posts here I suspect there's a problem between my apartment wall socket and the street, but can't get on to anyone from TPG (not answering the phone on your technical support line).
