I have the same issue.  Can anyone help me with it? We used my son's mobile to set up our service but he is not available now  I have followed the correct procedure to change verification number.  I was told in an email the number had been changed but it has not.  I need to log into my account as our internet speed is very poor and I need to upgrade.
