Hi guys, I have mad calls several times but unable to get my things sort out. I want to cancel my new 5G broadband. I purchased plan of 100mbs bit I am receiving 3-4 mbs which is ridiculous. On the top that I am not getting any proper responses from the support. After calling always keep me hanging for hours. This so sad and upsetting where tpg service has headed.
