Hi, I signed up 5G home broadband premium online on and the order was accepted on 12/12/22. Now a week has passed and the order status is still "Waiting for Hardware Dispatch", despite numerous calls to customer service and "escalations". I was wondering what is the usual turnaround for modem dispatch and whether it can be shipped asap as I don't want to spend Xmas and new year without internet... Thanks ... View more
