here is the solution for my issue: 1. check all the cables, make sure connection is fine 2. reboot 3. press the Wifi button on router/modem (3 sac) to reboot. FIXED!!  :)  ... View more

Good afternoon TPG team, I am guessing the router has an issue. There was no Wifi available from this morning. Tried restarted the device (has 4x lights on it), but it is still not working.
