Hi I received my modem to install 5g today, followed the instructions and all the lights on my modem are green with full strength wifi. I connected my phone and laptop but when I try to use the internet I get told there is no connection. I have moved the modem to different areas of the house and they all show full strength wifi so I’m not sure if I have installed wrong or what’s going on. Thanks ... View more
