Got 3 emails as I have 3 mobile numbers, only opened 1 and saw the 12G plan had gone up to 25G and we had to pay more. It's a real pain in the neck and an unnecessary imposition to have to go through the process of ringing up and cancelling the one a $1 Legacy Service. Have tried and I also can't yet get onto the old site to delete the payment option. If it's not resolved by the simple email (an electronic transaction) I have sent I may well say I've done being loyal and go elsewhere for the other 2 services as having payed $30 for nothing instead of $2  I don't feel good about them right now.     ... Have the same issue with a different provider. "Ugraded from an old TG789 witth NBN NodePhone capabilty, that keeps dropping out, to this by an Amazon Prime Account. Getting locked out and DECT phone not recognised. Seems like an issue for the ACCC as clearly could be anticompetative "you can only buy it from us".
