When I try to create a Slave email address via the "Manage your Email Accounts" the option for adding a Slave user is greyed out with the message "Mailbox creation is currently unavailable. If you would like to add a new mailbox please call TPG Helpdesk on 13 14 23". Is there a reason for this? Will I be able to create a slave email? ... View more
