Just spent 40 minutes on the phone trying to get this fixed, but I can't access the website to update my payment details and my number is currently pending a cancel request due to insufficient funds (which I can't rectify due to website error.)   Not really sure what to do. Every time I try to access the right website to update my details I get the "something has gone wrong, you will be redirected to the homepage. please try again later" error.
