My 5G home broadband not working since 2.45pm yesterday. This is the second time in 6 days it's been out for more than 12 hours. I've gone through all troubleshooting process for SAGEcomm modem and TPG community but no improvement so forced to work off my mobile phone hotspot. Your website says no outage in my area.
