I recently purchased a gaming laptop and was excited to get it set up for some online gaming. However, after connecting to my TPG modem, I noticed that the internet speed was significantly slower than what I was used to. After some troubleshooting, I discovered that the issue was related to the TPG modem's compatibility with my gaming laptop. I did some research and found that this is a common issue that many TPG customers have reported. It seems that the TPG modem is not optimized for gaming laptops and can cause connection issues, slow internet speeds, and even dropouts. I've tried various solutions such as updating my laptop's drivers and resetting the modem, but the issue persists.
