We've always had well performing NBN broadband but since there was a complete dropout for a few hours a couple of days ago we've had poor perfomance and dropouts ever since. - Restarted NBN and modem and all computers - DSL light has never come back on the modem since even though internet access came back. - Issues experienced with both wired and wifi connections - Speed received is about a third of what we normally get with frequent dropout of our devices. -No service issues noted on NBNco service status Am I able to PM someone my account details so the logs can be checked?
