ive gotten an email saying its not available where i live? I mean. months ago when i tried the option was not available. then it changed to say the plan was selectable. that was after me typing in the address. so kinda pissed. I have to sort something out as i would be over charged now if iam going back to the original plan

I need help on my home phone. I can't get the phone to work now. First the internet went off and i got that back on. now the phone won't work. The net will but phone won't. Also i can't ring due to where i live in mobile reception to get help to sort out this issue. So home phone does not want to work. engaged singal but internet does work now. very strange. can i get help please.
