My Archer VR1600 router is over heating - the cover is turning a yellow/brown colour. It would appear to be outside of the warranty period - it is more than 3 years old. Do TPG normally supply a suitable replacement router in this situation or should I purchase one from Office Works etc? Thank you in advance for your assistance.

I followed these instructions early last year, and also contacted TPG to ensure that our listing would not appear in the White Pages. I have just viewed a hard copy of the new white pages directory for our area (just released) and our listing appears!!
