I have just today moved from the old FTTB M (100Mbps) plan to the FTTB Max (500Mbps) plan, and to do so had to open a new account. Wanting to know if the monthly payments on the old account will now stop automatically, and payments will start on the new plan (I'm guessing there is some overlap). If anyone from TPG can help that would be great. Thanks

Is there anyone here that works for TPG that can give me some info on installation date? I organised via phone (a couple of weeks ago) that installation date would be 20th June, but 'Install Status' say 29th June? I tried to reschedule online to the 23rd, but the 'Install Status' still says 29th...So now I'm totall yunsure if install will be done on the 20th, 23rd, or 29th? 23rd would be ideal...I sent this via TPG normal contact us form, but noone has got back to me yet. Thanks.

Hi, Am I right in thinking I can use any router for TPGs (non-NBN) FTTB service, as long as it has a DSL port? Will routers without a DSL port not work? Thanks

Hi! Can you please let me know if the router ASUS RT-AX55 will work with TPG FTTB (non NBN)? I'l leaning towards getting TPGs FTTB rather than an NBN service, but want to confirm my router will be compatible? Also, how long is the turnaround for getting the FTTB running? The apartment I am moving to is FTTB (Class SC12). We get the keys on the 19th June, and would like internet up and running by the 24th, if possible. Thanks!

Oh, I’ll have my fingers crossed for a future upgrade, then. At the moment I’m not interested in the 90Mbps plan (I’ll likely go with 100Mbps nbn - speed is my main concern, even the 10Mbps difference. Undecided on a provider yet, though.). TPG can really get a large market share in apartments throughout Australia if they can offer faster speeds than competitors in apartments (I.e FTTB > g.fast). Thanks for your reply!

Hi, Any updates on g.fast in FTTB installations? I've just bought an apartment in Melbourne (3004) and it's serviceable by TPG's FTTB (non-nbn). Would love to get faster speeds, but seems like my only options are 100mb at the moment? Thanks
