Hello I back to NBN Cable Broadband Bundle From 5g home couple months ago. NET working. home phone not working.

my plan is NBN25. that test showing : Your Internet Speed Is 12.6 Mbps

I have to return hardware to TPG .That TPG SMS to me , a Econsignment label was sent to me by email. But I does not fount it.

I went back to nbn . But Their did not given Original plan.
