Hello.   Hope you can help. I have been experiencing slow connection speeds for a few weeks now with speeds of less than 500kb on a regular basis and virtually unusable after 4pm in the evenings. The phone line is also pretty poor so maybe connected. The phone and modem are on seperate sockets but neither one has a filter but advised not required when the engineer from Telstra came to initially check the line. Could someone check if there is a fault somewhere on the line that is causing the low speeds?   Thanks! ... View more
