Hi Shane, I have recieved an email saying installation is complete now. But when I try to call the landline now its saying call failed styraight away. I am still able to do outgoing calls and internet is still working. Please resolve this.

I am unable to access my landline number that I ported to TPG last month. Its over 3o days with no incoming calls to my business. Have called TOG multiple times to no avail. Can someone from Porting team with Actual technical knowhow help please? This is rediculous

I took a leap of fath and ported my Landline number from Telstra to TPG. It's been more than 4 weeks that I have been without a landline incoming service. I can make outgoing calls but no incomeing calls. Loosing a lot of business. HAve reported it to TIO as well. Can someone from porting team please look into it as a matter of urgency.
