I have the same issues..... What I worked out is starting by hitting the INBOX folder. When that opens,to go to the other folders I cut 'INBOX' in the web address in the above address bar and insert ' Drafts ' or ' Sent ' or 'Trash' and it has to be in upper and lower case as shown. Otherwise if will not go to that page. If you hit Search and scroll down to the Message Folder section, the tick boxes are there with that spelling.
