How do I set up an email account to get into tpg

Their customer service is appalling. Once I get my phone sorted I'm going to close all accounts and go with another provider that is based in Australia. This is totally unacceptable.

I'm having the same problem. Can't login, it just sits there when I put in login and password and then press Sign In. Nothing

Hi. I can't login to my email. I put in the login and password, press Sign In and nothing happens. I have tried on a number of devices plus my desktop. I need this resolved as a matter of urgency as I need to activate a new SIM. I was able to login yesterday but not today

I completed ID firm as requested and received an email from Vodafone that they don't have details of my phone or account. I have been without phone service since yesterday and would like this resolved. Asap

I am trying to activate a new sim but can't activate due to not being able to receive a verification code or call to speak to someone. Please advise if I can do this via email.
