Hi BasilDV, The modem fits all of the troubleshooting criterias and it is always on full bars. Afterall it has been working fine for approx the past half year. Only had issues 3 days ago. Yesterday evening the connection was good but this morning ot reverted back to the slow speed. Turn the modem off for 30 secs and turn back on and the speed went back to good but that only lasted for 10 mins before going back from 120 mbps to 7 mbps. Strangely the upload speed is unaffected. Hi BasilDV, To be honest I am unsure which band I am using. All my devices connects wirelessly to the modem via default I guess? The slowdown only occured starting on Sat. No issues prior. Sometimes i can get my normal speed then it goes back to being extremely slow It was ok this morning before i left for work. Will check again when I return. Hi Clemmo, I am having the same issue you were having where the speed drops to 0.7mbps. Tried turning off and on and I get back to 120mbps, then ot drops again.
